Information you choose to share.

Our wedding, portrait and destination inquiry forms ask for contact information and the plans you choose to describe. Depending on your inquiry, this may include your names, email address, event dates, locations, guest counts, coverage needs, investment range, referral information and photography preferences. Our engagement-session guide form asks for your name, email and an optional wedding date.

We use those details to respond, understand your request, discuss availability and scope, send an acknowledgement, and deliver a requested guide. A form submission does not book a service, reserve a date, or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please share only what is useful for your inquiry. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, medical records, or children’s names and birth dates. An approximate family group size is enough.

Services that help the website work.

Hosting and human verification

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Visiting the site sends connection information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages, to Cloudflare. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals for that purpose. Security features may use necessary cookies or similar browser features.

Email and guide delivery

Accepted inquiries are sent through our Google-hosted Gmail account to info@regetis.com. An acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide. A requested engagement-session guide is attached to its confirmation email. Google processes these messages as our email provider. You can read Google’s privacy policy.

Reviews and video

The homepage requests review excerpts from WeddingWire. That request sends normal connection information to WeddingWire; it does not send your inquiry fields. Read the provider’s privacy policy. The Google reviews link opens Google Maps; we do not import Google reviews into this site.

Vimeo films load only when you choose to load a film. The player uses Vimeo’s do-not-track setting, which limits tracking but does not make playback anonymous or prevent every provider cookie. Loading a film shares connection information with Vimeo. See Vimeo’s privacy policy.

The SAWL episode feed requests public playlist information through our server. Episode artwork may load from YouTube’s image service, which receives connection information when an image loads. Watching an episode opens YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy.

Other links

Links to booking pages, books, our other sites, vendors and social profiles take you to services with their own privacy practices. Email and text-message links open the handler on your device; your message is sent only when you send it there. Instagram images shown here are portfolio photographs, rather than an embedded live Instagram feed.

Analytics and advertising

This website does not install advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. We do not use the inquiry forms to enroll you in marketing. Hosting and security providers still process operational information as described above.

Where information is stored.

The form application processes inquiry contents in memory to compose email. It does not save raw inquiry contents or email addresses in its delivery ledger, application logs or browser storage. The ledger stores a request reference, delivery status, a hash of the submitted details, and hashed identifiers used to limit abuse. These application records are scheduled for deletion 48 hours after their last activity. Provider backups may retain earlier copies for longer.

Inquiry and confirmation messages remain in our Gmail account under its existing retention settings. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage our business relationship, resolve questions and meet applicable obligations; this website does not automatically delete those emails on a fixed schedule. Cloudflare and Google maintain their own operational records and backups.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections for the website and TLS for email submission. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Your choices and requests.

You can browse without submitting an inquiry, leave optional fields blank, decline to load films, or contact us directly by email. Human verification is needed for online sending; if it does not work for you, email info@regetis.com.

Contact that same address to ask what inquiry information we hold, correct it, or request its deletion. Include enough context for us to locate your correspondence, such as the email address used and any inquiry reference. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing records. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing service, a dispute, security, or an applicable obligation. Rights and any required response periods depend on the law that applies to your request.

This website is intended for people arranging photography services, rather than for children to submit information independently. If a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review the request.
