01 / Your destination & plans

Photography is with The Regeti’s. When selected, cinema is coordinated with Diego Stuart Films through Amy; both teams’ agreed event schedules are confirmed in your proposal.

02 / The moments you want covered

Give each event its own space, even when several happen on the same day. Estimated hours help us allocate coverage thoughtfully; they are planning details, not an automatic hourly quote.

You can include up to 30 coverage days or events.

03 / An engagement session, somewhere meaningful

Your engagement session is included with your destination wedding coverage. Choose a place that feels like you. The client provides travel to and from the preferred session location and accommodation for that session, as well as the wedding trip.

Timing, travel arrangements, and the agreed session plan are confirmed personally with Amy.

04 / Investment & what matters most

Your private proposal is built around the destination, agreed events, coverage allocation, team, and travel schedule. The proposal confirms the required coverage, agreed events, and allocated schedule. Coverage follows that agreed plan rather than an open-ended stay.

Exclude travel and accommodation from this range. Those are at the client’s expense for both the wedding and the included engagement session.
