For the celebrations that bring everyone somewhere meaningful. A little clarity around the events, the travel, and the memories you want to make room for.
A destination celebration often holds more than one wedding day. Arrival hugs, a welcome or white party, time with family, the ceremony, and a relaxed brunch can each tell a different part of your story. We begin with the whole celebration and the moments you want to keep, then plan coverage for the agreed events.
Yes. These celebrations are at the heart of our work. Tell us which traditions, faiths, languages, and family connections matter to the two of you. We ask how your families observe a ceremony rather than assuming that every wedding follows the same sequence.
Yes. We photograph nationwide and destination weddings, and we are passport ready. Share the destination, venue, date range, and events you are considering. Availability and the practical arrangements for your particular destination are confirmed personally before booking.
Absolutely. A useful date range, the locations you are considering, and a rough picture of your celebration give us a place to begin. Mark tentative plans as tentative. You do not need to turn an early idea into a finished itinerary before talking with Amy.
Think beyond the ceremony and reception: a welcome or white party, mehndi, haldi, sangeet, garba, planned location portraits, a pool after-party, or a lunch or brunch with your people. List the events you hope to remember and what happens at each. Your proposal will identify the events and coverage agreed for your celebration.
Begin with your priorities. Some gatherings may be central to your story, while others are time you want to spend privately with your guests. Tell us what matters most and where you are undecided. Being at the destination does not mean every gathering or every day is automatically covered.
Share an approximate start and end time, the location, guest count, and your priorities. Include preparations, travel between locations, and planned portraits where relevant. These estimates help us understand the scope; they are not an automatic hourly quote. We will discuss the required coverage and confirm the schedule in your proposal.
Point out the overlaps early, especially separate preparations, simultaneous family ceremonies, or events at different properties. Include the distance and expected travel between them. The coverage conversation needs to account for those practical details, so the proposal clearly describes the team and agreed coverage rather than assuming everything can happen at once.
Yes, bring us your ideas for a place that feels like the two of you. A location photo shoot needs its own space in the plan, including travel, changing, walking, and time with the people being photographed. Check access and photography arrangements with the venue or location before treating a particular spot as confirmed.
Your private destination proposal is based on the full scope of the celebration, with coverage allocated to the agreed events. Estimated event hours help us plan; the destination inquiry does not produce an automatic hourly package. Required coverage, the team, locations, and schedule are confirmed in the proposal.
No. We plan intentional coverage for the events and moments agreed together. Travel days, the overall stay, and time between events are not the same as continuous coverage. Your proposal is where the covered events, allocations, and required coverage are made clear.
The published weekday and weekend figures explain starting investments for ordinary wedding coverage. A destination celebration has its own scope-based proposal. Share the full date range and all events so Amy can confirm the required coverage for each part of the celebration. The destination route does not automatically waive coverage requirements.
Share your planned photography investment, or your combined photography-and-cinema investment if you want both, for the full celebration you have described. Keep the team's travel and accommodation costs separate from that coverage budget. If you are still working it out, say so and tell us which parts of the plan are flexible.
Yes. Photography by The Regeti’s and cinema by our exclusive partner, Diego Stuart Films, can be booked directly through The Regeti’s as one streamlined service. Amy handles communication and coordination. Photo and cinema coverage is planned together for matching agreed hours; the destination proposal confirms the events, team, and scope.
The client provides travel to and from the wedding destination and accommodation for our team. These costs are additional to coverage. Share your destination, venue, event dates, and overall stay so the arrangements can be discussed for your particular celebration and confirmed in your proposal.
Include the earliest event you want covered, the last event, and the full stay you are considering. Let Amy know about transfers or events in different locations. The team’s arrival, departure, and travel arrangements need to fit the agreed coverage; do not assume that a travel day is available for an extra event.
Ask how outside photography and cinema teams are accommodated, including access, any vendor charges, required documentation, working areas, and the rules for your planned locations. Share the venue’s actual requirements with Amy. Resort packages and venue arrangements vary, so we do not assume they include our team or its travel costs.
Talk with your planner and venue about a comfortable alternative for outdoor events and portraits. Consider shade, walking distances, clothing, and the needs of older relatives and younger guests. Let us know which locations and timings are flexible so the photography plan can be considered alongside the wider event plan.
Tell us about the ceremonies you are including, who is guiding them, and any restrictions or important moments we should understand. Share your officiant’s and venue’s guidance with Amy. For fusion celebrations, we make room for both voices and the meaning each family brings, without assuming that one set of traditions represents everyone.
Yes. An engagement session is included with your destination wedding coverage. You choose your preferred session location; the client provides travel to and from that location and accommodation. Session timing and arrangements are confirmed with Amy.
You can share your preferred location, whether it connects with the wedding destination or has a different meaning for you. Do not assume that the session will fit between wedding events without planning it. Amy will confirm the timing and arrangements, including client-provided travel and accommodation for the chosen location.
You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. An engagement session gives us time to learn what feels natural to the two of you. Choose clothes that feel like you, let you move comfortably, and make sense for the location. Tell us about any nerves, cultural clothing, or ideas you would like to work through together.
Share your planner’s details and the developing itinerary with Amy. The photography and cinema plan should fit the wider celebration, including ceremony timing, family portraits, venue access, and travel between events. Amy remains your point of communication for the photo-and-cinema service.
Start with the people and combinations that matter most, using names and relationships so the plan is clear. Tell us about anyone who needs an easier location, a shorter walk, or an earlier turn. Gathering everyone takes time; planning those groupings around the events can help your family enjoy both the photographs and the celebration.
Review the specific products, delivery timing, covered events, and travel arrangements in your proposal and agreement. If dates, venues, or the itinerary change, bring that to Amy before assuming the existing coverage still fits. Your written agreement is the place to check the terms that apply to changes, payments, or cancellation; this guide does not replace it.
Use the destination inquiry to share your plans, dates, destination, estimated event allocations, service choice, and investment range. Amy can then understand the scope and discuss the appropriate next step, including a complimentary photography consultation. Availability, the final quote, and booking are confirmed personally; reviewing your plans here does not submit an inquiry or reserve a date.
